All packages are shipped using USPS
For US customers, tracking number is included & includes 2 shipping options:
1. First Class- Only available for packages under 13 ounces. Takes 2-5 days to arrive
2. Priority- Takes 1-3 days to arrive
For International customers there are 3 shipping options:
1. USPS First Class Mail International- Most affordable international shipping service. Generally takes between 2-4 weeks and is only trackable before leaving the US
2. USPS Priority Mail International- Delivered in 6-10 business days. Includes tracking number that updates outside of the US
3. USPS Priority Express International- Delivered in 3-5 business days. Includes tracking number that updates outside of the US
For international deliveries, packages must go through customs. This process can cause delays in delivery time.
TAXES, DUTIES & CUSTOMS FEES ETC.
Depending on your location (international only), you may be responsible for import taxes, duties or customs fees once your package arrives at it's destination. Please contact your local customs office for specific information.
If you are unhappy with an item you purchased, you may return the item to us for a refund or replacement. All products must be unworn/unused and include original tags/packaging. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Depending on the situation, customers may be responsible for return shipping.

Because most of our Products are pre-order, processing and shipping times may vary according to availability. Please refer to the item page for more information. We will notify you via email when your order has been shipped. Please note that we only process and ship orders Monday through Friday during office hours, and do not operate on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin processing until the next business day. This may take longer during busy times.
All payment processing for purchases is handled through Stripe. We accept online payment with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. If you don't have access to one of these payment methods, contact us at email@example.com.
